Help a Loved One
01
How to Get Started
Begin by meeting with our team to assess whether Jeremiah’s Promise is the right choice for your loved one. This initial meeting can be conducted virtually or in-person and includes a tour
of our facility. We’re excited to connect with you!

Step 2: Complete the IWBMC™ Evaluation
Once you’re ready to turn the “impossible” into a reality, an IWBMC evaluation is required to proceed with the admissions process. This evaluation can take place remotely or at our flagship campus, Jacob’s Ladder, in Roswell, Georgia. The assessment lasts a few hours and encompasses:
-
A review of the client’s medical, educational, and therapeutic history
-
A family interview to discuss daily activities, challenges, and aspirations
-
Analysis of over 1,000 neurodevelopmental metrics, academic testing, and a non-invasive qEEG scan
-
A physiological health consultation to develop a personalized nutrition plan
The IWBMC evaluation provides a comprehensive overview of the client, essential for creating an individualized program that includes in-home support strategies and recommended
therapeutic and academic structures. Families will receive a Client Findings Report, detailing qEEG results and recommended next steps, all presented in a booklet for easy reference.

Step 3: Develop an Individualized Program
Using the evaluation results as a foundation, our team will design a customized care program tailored specifically to your loved one’s needs. This program will determine the level of care required and how it aligns with our school’s offerings.
